As of yesterday, HMC reported 11 hospitalized in Hilo with COVID-19; 3 in ICU, 7 in COVID Unit, and 1 in Extended Care Facility (via HMC FB). Hilo Medical Center Hawaii Island Deaths Total via HCCD: 29 (+1) The Hilo Veterans Home as of yesterday has 71 (0) residents and 35 (0) employees test positive for COVID-19 (HMC). 27 deaths on island are related to the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo.
