Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 3 inches per hour. * Locations in the advisory include but are not limited to... Hilo, Hawaiian Paradise Park, Keaau, Mountain View, Hawaiian Acres, Orchidland Estates, Glenwood, Papaikou, Kurtistown, Wainaku, Fern Acres, Paukaa, Eden Roc, Ainaloa and Hawaiian Beaches. Thought I had put in an update that the flood advisory was canceled as of 4:30 pm - the flash flood watch remains in effect.
