Covid active cases statewide and on our island

Having kept track on statewide active cases for a while I have expanded that to also keep track of active cases on our island. Statewide the active cases have exploded, but on our island the have not. I would like to also keep track of the percentage of cases testing positive on our island but the test numbers are not available. The scales are of course different. I at some point considered putting the two harts into one, but you would hardly be able to see the number of active cases as compared to statewide. Let's keep it that way.
