As of yesterday there were 10 hospitalized on the island (HCCD) Hawaii Island Deaths Total: 40 (0) – "7 community at the Hilo Medical Center, 2 community at the Kona Community Hospital, 4 from Life Care Center, per their website, 27 from the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home." (HMC). 7-day average on test positivity on island is now at 2.7%, the state's positivity rate is now at 2.5%. Yesterday, Hawaii Island had over 739 COVID-19 tests processed.
