Free Wi-Fi Coming to 7 Hawaii County Parks Under an agreement between the state and Spectrum Oceanic, the public will have access to free wi-fi for an hour per day, per device at 7 Hawaii County Parks. The seven county parks include the Pahoa Community Aquatic Center and the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility, Waimea, Pahala and Keaau community centers and the Honokaa and Papaikou gyms.
