Dozing To Restore Highway 132 (Day 14) - Progress on Highway 132 bulldozing - two weeks in work is progressing towards grading the lava rock from the 2018 eruption to form a new roadway. Hawaii County Research and Development director Diane Ley presented "major expenditures and encumbrances" associated with road recovery efforts, included past and future work.
