10 new cases via Hawaii DoH and HCCD. There have been a total of 820 (+10) confirmed cases on Hawaiʻi Island according to DoH, with 151 (+4 net) active cases of COVID-19 implied. As of yesterday, HMC reported 12 hospitalized in Hilo with COVID-19 (HCCD) Hawaii Island Deaths Total via HCCD: 30 (0) There are no longer COVID patients at Yukio Okutsu now. Life Care center now has 12 residents test positive, and 6 staff. "The high increase of new cases is of great concern and demonstrates the critical need of following the preventive polices of face coverings, distancing, and gatherings.
