11 new cases on island via Hawaii DoH and HCCD. There have been a total of 1,386 (+11) confirmed cases on Hawaiʻi Island according to DoH. Currently there are 358 (+2 net) active cases known. As of yesterday there were 10 hospitalized on the island (HCCD). Hawaii Island Deaths Total: 48 (0) – "7 community at the Hilo Medical Center, 4 community at the Kona Community Hospital, 10 from Life Care Center, per their website, 27 from the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home." (HMC, Life Care Center). Yesterday, 7-day average on test positivity on island was at 2%, the state's positivity rate is now at 2.4%. 835 passenger arrivals on island Nov 5th.
