As of yesterday there were 10 hospitalized on the island (HCCD). Hawaii Island Deaths Total: 44 (0) – "7 community at the Hilo Medical Center, 2 community at the Kona Community Hospital, 8 from Life Care Center, per their website, 27 from the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home." (HMC, Life Care Center). Four deaths at the Life Care Center have not been included in HCCD counts. 7-day average on test positivity on island is now at 3.4%, the state's positivity rate is now at 2.3%.
