(HMC, Life Care Center). One fatality is outstanding from classification. 7-day average on test positivity on island was at 1.6%, the state's positivity rate is now at 2%. On Saturday, (11.21.20) there were 584 tests processed on island. 801 passenger arrivals on island Nov 19th. The most passenger arrivals since March has been 910, arrivals have not changed significantly from the initial Oct 15th reopening 1 month ago.
